Mitusbishi Express Turbo Kit

If you own one of the very popular 16 Valve Mitusbishi Express vans you will agree that they are very underpowered and very heavy on the fuel, especially when they are loaded with your tools and equipment.

Fortunately there is now an easy answer to this problem with the MRC Developed Turbocharging upgrade.

The upgrade comprises of the following modifications:
  • Replacement of the carby with the Japanese spec express van fuel injection manifold.
  • Fitment of a brand new turbo exhaust manifold and turbo.
  • Adaptronic EFI ECU.
  • Intercooler and accociated pipework.
  • Free flowing exhaust system.

The upgrade will totally transform your van from an underpowered pain into responsive and powerfull van with the added advantage of better fuel ecconomy.

We can supply and fit intercoolers and pipework for custom installations or upgraded units for factory intercooler upgrades.

All wiring and instalation is carried out by Mark who is a trade qualified auto electrician and mechanic. All ecu's are tuned on a dyno dynamics dyno. We belive in keeping you informed of progress so you gain an understanding of what is being performed to suppy you with a final power run dyno graph sheet.

We can also fault find your instalation, retune or refine your tuning for power or economy.

 

Dyno Tuning and Services

All dyno tuning is carried out on a brand new Dyno Dynamics two wheel drive dyno, the dyno is also equipped with regularly updated Dyno Dynamics Shootout Software.

The dyno room is also fully sound proofed so outside noise is not a problem, and contains some pretty sophisticated tuning equipment for diagnosing and tuning of your vehicle.

The dyno room is also fitted with two specially designed extractor stacks for exhaust extraction so there is no need to fit a pipe to your car's tail pipe for dyno work. We have found this very handy considering a lot of cars coming in for work have custom paint work and body kits which could easily be damaged.

Another unique feature of MRC's dyno room is a large viewing window and external monitor for people who wish to see their car having a power dyno run or for car clubs who are hosting a dyno day.
